Every gaming PC from TheCpuHub is delivered free to mainland UK addresses via DPD with full insurance and real-time tracking.

How It Works

1. Order Placed

Once your order is confirmed and payment verified, your gaming PC enters our build queue.

2. Hand-Built & Tested

Every system is hand-assembled in our Rotherham workshop by our team of technicians. Each PC undergoes comprehensive stress testing and benchmarking to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves.

Typical build time: 2–5 working days

3. Dispatched via DPD

Once your PC passes testing, it is carefully packaged with protective materials and handed to DPD for delivery. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Delivered to Your Door

DPD will deliver your gaming PC with a 1-hour delivery window so you know exactly when to expect it. You can track your parcel in real-time via the DPD app or website.

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, including:

  • England, Scotland, and Wales
  • We are based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and serve customers across the UK

Delivery Day

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. DPD will provide you with a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and you can rearrange if the time doesn’t suit.

A signature is required. If you are not available, DPD will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local DPD pickup point.

What to Do When Your PC Arrives

  1. Inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before signing
  2. If the packaging appears damaged, note this with the driver and photograph the damage
  3. Unpack carefully and check all components and accessories are present
