2. Products and Pricing

All gaming PCs sold by TheCpuHub are custom-built systems assembled by hand in our Rotherham workshop. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the current rate.

We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the error and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel.

Finance options are available through Klarna. Klarna terms and conditions apply separately. PayPal Credit is also available subject to PayPal’s own terms.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, but a binding contract is not formed until we dispatch the product or confirm the build has started.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.

If payment cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

4. Build and Delivery

Custom gaming PCs are hand-built to order. Typical build time is 2–5 working days. Every system undergoes comprehensive stress testing and benchmarking before dispatch.

We offer free UK delivery via DPD with full insurance and tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands, please contact us for availability and any additional charges.

For full delivery information, please see our Delivery Information page.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to sales@thecpuhub.co.uk or by calling 0333 050 9072).

For custom-built PCs where the build has not yet started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the build process has begun, cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value to cover components that have been prepared.

For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Faulty products are covered by our 36-month warranty. See our Warranty page for details.

7. Warranty

All TheCpuHub gaming PCs come with a 36-month (3-year) warranty from the date of delivery, covering hardware faults. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.

For full warranty terms, please see our Warranty page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the product purchased.
