Please note: The 3-year warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

WHAT WARRANTY COMES WITH MY ITEM?

For individual components, TheCpuHub covers the first year, providing Full Labour and Parts Coverage plus Hassle-Free Returns. This includes supplying a prepaid return label if a fault occurs within the first six months. Any remaining warranty is managed by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer lacks a UK-based repair center, they may direct you to contact us for RMA process assistance. Our support team is available at support@thecpuhub.co.uk for assistance.

Please note, in such cases, the item must be sent to the supplier.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

While the warranty is comprehensive, a few exclusions apply:

Adding internal components does not automatically void the warranty, but issues caused by third-party components are not covered.

ITEMS BEING RETURNED (UNWANTED)

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to initiate a return for unwanted items. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. However, our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, valid for an additional 14 days. Should you face challenges or delays, please contact our team for assistance. We strive for a smooth returns process, so don’t hesitate to reach out if needed.

Returned items must be in good condition with original packaging and accessories. Damage or excessive wear may lead to a refund deduction.

Exclusions: Opened, tampered, or altered software cannot be returned as unwanted.

ITEMS BEING RETURNED FAULTY

If your item becomes faulty within 6 months, we provide a prepaid return label for a smooth, cost-free process. For faults within 30 days of delivery, you’re eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund. Our Customer Service team will ensure the best resolution for you.

For faults beyond 6 months, contact our team for guidance. We may collaborate with the manufacturer for warranty repairs as needed. If this service doesn’t apply, TheCpuHub will manage the warranty process directly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned faulty items will be thoroughly tested. Refunds follow fault confirmation. If no fault is found outside the 14-day return window, our Repairs team will arrange redelivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 14 days of receiving goods. Initiate this via our website’s cancellation form or by contacting Customer Service for guidance. If cancellation occurs post-dispatch, the return will follow our standard policy. Refunds process within 14 days of item return, conditions permitting.

Contact methods for cancellation include email (provide order number, name, and address), phone, or live chat for immediate support.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS

Report any incorrect or damaged items promptly post-delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement without cost. If raised later, our team will still assist, but resolution options may diminish over time.

DATA RECOVERY

TheCpuHub does not offer data recovery. Customers should regularly back up data. Some manufacturers offer data recovery services, so contact them directly if needed.
